Please be at least 5 mins early for your appointment. A grace period is allowed before appointment for emergencies and traffic conditions but this will reflect in the treatment time.

GIFT VOUCHER
Vouchers are valid for 6 months after the purchase date. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
CHILDREN
Due to the nature of sharp instruments and chemicals, children are not allowed in the treatment area.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled 24 hours before will incur a 50% fee.
